URGENT: flight reservation deadline 17th MARCH (see below)!


Referring to our announcement of 2011-03-08 regarding the

International Incoherent Scatter Radar Workshop,
18-23 July 2011, Kangerlussuaq, Greenland

Unfortunately there has been an important and urgent change of the 
situation.  The anticipated block reservation of flights from Copenhagen 
to Kangerlussuaq and back with Air Greenland has not been possible.

However, now we finally have an offer from the airline, but we have to 
react quickly in order to take advantage of this offer.  Therefore, we 
have to announce that the

DEADLINE for flight reservation is 17th MARCH 2011, i.e. in one week!

We are very sorry for this development and complication.
